Paul Handley, Master Bartender- RioMar
Paul Handley,originally from Scotland, has called New Orleans his home for the past 10 years. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he is considered a cocktail connoisseur. He began by managing and designing bars in San Francisco and then made his way to Austin. While living in New Orleans, Handley has worked at Pravda, Le Chat Noir and Café Adelaide. He prides himself on his ability to execute classic cocktails properly and present them with elegance and sophistication. Able to cultivate his own unique, signature drinks, the “Brandy RioMar” is one of his preferred drinks consisting of Cardenal Mendoza and Gran Marnier. Handley says his favorite thing about his job is interacting with the friendly people of New Orleans and the discerning clientele at RioMar.
